1. Refund Eligibility
– Digital Products/Services: Refunds for digital products or services are only eligible within 3 days from the date of purchase.
– Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are eligible if the product is returned in its original packaging and unused within 7 days of purchase.
– Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Typically, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
2. Non-Refundable Items
– Downloadable Software Products: We do not issue refunds for downloadable software products once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered.
– Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Refund Process

2. Evaluation: Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate it within 7 business days.
3. Approval: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
– Incomplete or incorrect use of the product or service by the customer.
– Failure to read and understand product/service descriptions before purchase.
– Change of mind after purchasing a non-refundable item.
